I wanted to update my fellow readers on some exciting changes starting at the beginning of 2018!
1. I'll be posting more consistently
Life has been super busy. I put a lot of time and effort researching and writing each article, and I am changing some things and making more time to work on the website starting next year!
I plan on posting one new article every week, but may end up being every 7-10 days, depending on the depth of the article. I'll be striving for one a week though!
2. I want to update the website
The website it currently, meh. It's alright, and sometime next year, I want to make some visual upgrades.
3. I plan to start making videos
I've always been interested in making YouTube videos, and I hope that this year will be the year that I do that. It's a great way to teach, learn, and is entertaining as well. You'll be able to learn a little more about me, my philosophies, and I'll be able to relay some awesome knowledge to you!
4. I may start writing a book
I will write a book, at some point. I'm not sure if that will happen this year or not, but you never know.
5. I'll be trying a couple of new remedies
Although I've made huge improvements in my health by using food, supplements, and lifestyle, it's not perfect, and not where I want it to be. I may share some of the insights I gain as I try out new things to strive for better health.
As of next week, I'll be experimenting with high doses of probiotics, particularly the ones that heal leaky gut (intestinal permeability) and decrease biogenic amines. I've tried a lot of probiotics, with some improvements, but I haven't tried them individually, in high amounts, for long periods of time, and without inulin/FOS.
